Out-of-network (OON) benefits
We will provide a billing statement with diagnosis codes as well as treatment codes, which you may present to your health insurance carrier for reimbursement. We make no representation that you will be reimbursed in part or full.
FSA (flexible savings account) or HSA (health savings account)
According to IRS Publication 502, Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services are eligible for reimbursement from flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), health reimbursement accounts (HRA), dependent care flexible spending accounts ( DCFSA) and limited care flexible spending accounts ( LCFSA).
